Teachers’ beliefs about teaching mathematics have a great influence on students’ success in mathematics. In addition, teachers with high efficacy create classroom environments where students can be more successful. the light of this information, importance understanding teachers’ their competence has to considered teaching. study, relational survey model was used examine secondary terms some variables. The sample study consists 165 selected stratified sampling method. Mathematics Teaching Efficacy Belief Scale, developed by Enochs, Smith, and Huinker (2000) adapted Turkish Takunyacı Aydın (2013) used. first finding our is were medium level. second personal male significantly higher than female teachers, while outcome expectations teachers. third working private schools expectation public schools. last it found that professional seniority 11 years or 0-5 years.
